Weather Hunters

Weather Hunters is an animated PBS KIDS program for ages 5-8, designed to support children's understanding of weather through adventure and comedy. The show follows the adventures and explorations of weather detective and force of nature 8-year-old Lily Hunter, who shares her investigations with her family, including dad Al Hunter (voiced by Al Roker) and Dot, Lily's multitasking mom (voiced by Holly Robinson Peete). The Hunters' primary goal is to learn as much as they can about weather to benefit the community and the planet by solving weather mysteries, sharing vital information, and encouraging stewardship of the environment. The series will help further young viewers' interest and knowledge of Earth science and meteorology, both key building blocks of climate education.
